Dr. Mahshid is a highly experienced psychiatrist with over 6 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of patients in the field of psychiatry. With a deep understanding of the human mind and behavior, Dr. Bayat has helped countless patients overcome a wide range of mental health challenges.
Dr. Mahshid's expertise in the field of psychiatry extends across various areas, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, personality disorders, psychotic disorders, addiction and Couple therapy. Dr. Bayat believes in a patient-centered approach and is committed to providing the highest level of care to every patient. By using evidence-based treatment methods including medication and taking a holistic approach to care, Dr. Mahshid's strives to help each patient achieve optimal mental health and wellness.
Throughout Dr. Mahshid's career, she has worked in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, and private practice. Dr. Bayat is passionate about psychiatry and is committed to ongoing learning and professional development to ensure that she stays up-to-date with the latest advancements in the field.
After graduating from general medicine, Dr Mahshid practiced medicine in deprived areas of Iran for 5 years and from that time she started her studies in the field of philosophy and psychology and participated in film analysis groups. After that, Dr Mahshid entered the specialty of psychiatry because no field was as attractive to me as psychiatry. Since the last year of her residency, she has worked with the Iranian Sports Law Association and has worked as a psychiatrist in some sports teams, she cooperated with Iran Table Tennis Federations and the Iran Football Federation, because she believes athletes need mental health in addition to sports training if they want to compete in international forums.
Dr Mahshid’s main goal in psychiatry is to help people one day not to be ashamed to talk about their psychiatric problems and not to be stigmatized and to know that our psyche is an important part of our body and that visiting a psychiatrist is very important. We should not let a disorder like anxiety or depression ruin our quality of life because we only live once.
