Fees vary according to clinician specialty and appointment type.
Sliding scale fee available (Terms apply, please contact us for more information)

We accept cash and card payments. Cheques are not accepted. 

Payments for face-to-face sessions can be made at the end of the session. 

Advanced payments are required for online appointments (payment link will be sent out with appointment confirmation).

Monarch Health Center does not bill directly with insurance companies. You will be responsible for full payment of fees. For reimbursement please send us the correct reimbursement form from your provider prior to your first appointment to (info@monachhealthcentrs.com ). 

Your therapist will complete the reimbursement form and it will be sent to your Email along with your invoice within 48hrs.  

Insurance providers are mandated to cover mental health services in their basic health insurance plans in Dubai since September 2021. We do recommend that you contact your insurance provider prior your appointment and check for mental health coverage policy.

The fee for treatment goes toward: 

• Rent, maintenance, and unit running costs
• Facility licensing and DHA service costs.  
• Provision for IT services and equipment’s
• Staff salaries
• Nursing Services
• Psychiatry and psychology services
