Our goal is to provide quality care in a timely manner. We schedule our appointments so that each patient receives the right amount of time to be seen by our clinicians and staff. That’s why it is very important that you keep your scheduled appointment with us and arrive on time.
As a courtesy, and to help patients remember their scheduled appointments, Monarch Health Centers will make a reminder call one 1 working day before your appointment. If your appointment falls on a day following a holiday, your reminder call will be made on the preceding working day that we are open.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call us as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel Your Appointment
If your schedule changes and you cannot keep your appointment, please call us on +9714 589 1911 or +97158 115 0411 between the hours of 09:00- 6:00pm. If necessary, you may leave a detailed What’s app message. We will return your call as soon as possible.
A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the patient a 200 AED missed appointment fee. This “no-show charge” is not reimbursable by your insurance company. You will be billed directly for it.
Cancellation policy applies to all appointments including online appointments.
Cancellation policy does not apply to support groups that are free of charge, however we do require patients to notify clinic/facilitator of no attendance.
We appreciate that sometimes emergencies happen. First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not be charged a fee. After that, you will be charged a 200 AED fee for appointments missed or cancelled without a 24-hour warning.
The only other exception to our cancellation policy is emergency hospitalisation.
