As a part of our commitment to delivering high-quality care efficiently, Monarch Health Centers provides a courtesy call one working day before your scheduled appointment. For appointments following a holiday, reminders will be made on the preceding working day when our offices are open.
When you book an appointment, you reserve a spot on our calendar, making it unavailable to other patients. To be considerate to your fellow patients, please notify us as soon as possible if you are unable to keep your appointment.
If cancellation is necessary, we kindly request that you call us at least 24 hours in advance. This notice allows us to accommodate another patient who may need that time slot.

Late cancellations occur when an appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. A no-show is when a patient misses an appointment without canceling.
Our cancellation policy applies to all appointments, including online appointments.
The cancellation policy does not apply to support groups that are free of charge. However, we do require patients to notify the clinic/facilitator if they are unable to attend.
We understand that emergencies can arise. First-time no-shows and late cancellations will not incur a fee. Subsequent occurrences will result in a 200 AED fee for late-canceled appointments without a 24-hour warning.
