Monarch Health Centers is a licensed mental health facility operating within Dubai Healthcare City (DHCC), providing psychiatry, psychology, psychotherapy, and related mental health services. All services are delivered by licensed and qualified healthcare professionals in accordance with DHCC and Dubai Health Authority (DHA) regulations.

Appointments & Scheduling

Appointments can be booked through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. By booking an appointment, you agree to our cancellation policy, which requires at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Patient Responsibilities

As a patient, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal and medical information
• Attend scheduled appointments on time or provide adequate notice of cancellation
• Follow the agreed-upon treatment plan and communicate any concerns with your provider
• Treat all staff and other patients with respect and courtesy
• Settle all fees and co-payments in a timely manner

Fees & Payment

Service fees are communicated prior to treatment. We accept direct insurance billing for approved networks, cash, and card payments. You are responsible for any amounts not covered by your insurance, including co-payments and deductibles. Fee schedules are available upon request and may be updated periodically.

Consent to Treatment

Before beginning treatment, you will be asked to provide informed consent. This includes understanding the nature of the proposed treatment, potential risks and benefits, and alternative options. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time.
