Amal Ali

Amal is the General Clinic Manager at Monarch, where she has been instrumental in establishing a trauma-informed mental health service in Dubai Healthcare City. With over a decade of experience as paediatric and mental health nursing, Amal brings a unique combination of clinical expertise, compassion, and leadership to her role.

Dedicated to creating a supportive and healing environment, Amal ensures that every client receives care that is both professional and deeply human. She oversees the clinic's operations with a focus on patient-centered practice, trauma awareness, and continuous quality improvement. Her approachable leadership style fosters trust and collaboration among staff, patients, and families alike.

A respected leader in her field, Amal serves as Chair of the Organising Committee at MENATA – UAE's first Trauma Alliance, and is a Clinical Coordinator and Educator with Operation Smile, supporting global medical missions for children. She is also an experienced educator and conference speaker, having delivered training in paediatric nursing, child protection, trauma care, and mental health.

Outside work, Amal's warmth and creativity shine through her love of baking — often sharing her homemade desserts with the team and creating moments of joy within the clinic community.
