Manaal is an integrative psychotherapist specialising in working with anxiety, eating disorders, and relationship difficulties. Having grown up in Dubai, being of Indian origin and trained in the UK, her passion lies in providing culturally sensitive care.

Her holistic approach supports clients through the various pillars of health – sleep, nutrition, movement, relaxation, and connection, whilst honouring the client's identity concerning faith and spirituality. Manaal believes in clients being in the driver's seat for the therapeutic process and welcomes feedback to tailor therapy to her client's needs. 

Previously, she worked as a psychotherapist at First Steps ED in the UK, where she supported clients with various eating disorders. Manaal is also a columnist for the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy's (BACP) spirituality journal Thresholds. In addition to providing therapy and writing, she delivers CPD training to professionals enabling them to support individuals with eating disorders.
