Appointment policies at Monarch Health Centers
At Monarch Health Centers, we value your time and the health of our community. When you book an appointment, that time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure we can provide timely care to all patients, we adhere to the following policy.
Appointment Reminders
As a courtesy, we provide a reminder call one working day prior to your appointment. For appointments following a holiday, you will receive a reminder on the preceding business day.
Fee Schedule
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to avoid charges.

| Very Late (Within 3 hours) | 100% of consultation fee. |
| No-Show | 100% of consultation fee. |
| Late Arrival | Full session fee applies; session ends at scheduled time. |
Note: No-show and late fees are generally not reimbursable by insurance and will be billed directly to you.
Emergency & Unforeseen Circumstances
We understand that true emergencies happen. Monarch Health Centers may waive cancellation fees on a case-by-case basis for:
- Medical Emergencies: Sudden hospitalization or severe acute illness.
- Family Crises: Loss of a loved one or urgent caregiving duties.
- Force Majeure: Accidents or extreme weather conditions.
Action Required: If an emergency occurs, please contact us before your appointment time (or as soon as safely possible) to discuss a fee waiver.

Additional Terms
- Telehealth: This policy applies to all virtual sessions.
- Support Groups: Free support groups do not incur fees, but we kindly ask for a courtesy notification if you cannot attend.
- Recurring No-Shows: To maintain the integrity of our scheduling, patients who miss three consecutive appointments without notice may be discharged from our services.
